Refund policy

Exchange Policy – No Returns or Refunds

This policy details the terms for exchanging products purchased from Hello Jr. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is confirmed. Exchanges are only allowed for size or color.

1. Exchange Window and Eligibility

1.1 Exchange Window

You have a total of 7 days from the date you received your item to request an exchange for size or color (subject to availability).

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • unwashed

  • in the same condition as delivered

  • in the original packaging

  • with all tags and labels attached

Items without tags, showing signs of wear, or returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. Initiation and Exclusions

2.1 How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact our support team immediately via email at hellojrindia@gmail.com or call us at 9910401913.
Provide your Order Number and the reason for exchange (size or color).
We will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to our New Delhi office.

Note:
Please make sure to confirm your size and order details before placing the order, as we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

2.2 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

● Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance.
● Gift cards.
● Products that have been customized or personalized.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and non-returnable.

4. Replacement and Exchange Timeline

We offer exchanges only for:

  • incorrect size

  • color change (if available)

  • defective or damaged items on arrival

4.1 Processing Replacement/Exchange

Once the original item is received and confirmed as eligible, the replacement item will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, depending on stock availability.

4.2 Delivery Timeline for New Item

The exchanged item will be shipped, and delivery is estimated to take an additional 3–7 business days from the date of shipping, depending on the delivery location within India.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
