Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased from the Hello Jr Site.
1. Shipment Processing Time
● Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to product availability and final confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
● Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in New Delhi).
● Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) are considered received on the next business day for processing purposes.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across India.
● Standard Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination Pincode. Remote locations may require additional time.
● Expedited Delivery: Available for select locations, usually delivering within 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment. Rates will vary based on location and weight.
2.2 International Shipping
● We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services and delivery are restricted to addresses within India only.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
● Tracking Details: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) and the name of the courier partner.
● Tracking Activation: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the confirmation email being sent. You can use this number to track your order on the respective courier partner's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Not Applicable)
Since we only ship domestically within India, customers are not subjected to international customs duties or import taxes. The prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
5.1 Damages
● If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at hellojrindia@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage.
● Please do not open or use the damaged product. We will work with you to file a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy.
5.2 Lost Packages
● If you have not received your order despite the tracking showing it as delivered, or if tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service to locate the package.
● We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, which may involve reshipping your order or issuing a refund after the courier confirms the package is lost.
6. Shipping Restrictions
● We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A complete physical address is required for delivery.
● The final delivery of the package is subject to the serviceability of your area's Pincode by our chosen courier partners. If your location is deemed non-serviceable, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or process a full refund.
